User licence — GSE Excel (free)

1. Purpose. Frédéric KULAS — KLS-Concept (EI, French sole proprietorship, SIREN 817 714 660, 4 chemin du binai, 61300 Crulai, France) grants the user a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the “GSE Excel” file.

2. Permitted use. Internal use (professional or personal) of the file. Resale, rental, sub-licensing, redistribution, public distribution and making the file or its macros available to third parties are prohibited.

3. Intellectual property. The file, its macros and its content remain the exclusive property of KLS-Concept. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

4. No warranty. The file is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind (fitness for a particular purpose, continuity, absence of errors or bugs). It requires Windows and Microsoft Excel 2010 or later, with VBA macros enabled.

5. Liability. KLS-Concept shall not be held liable for any damage (loss or corruption of data, business interruption, direct or indirect loss) resulting from the installation or use of the file. The user is responsible for making their own backups.

6. Personal data. The email address provided is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

7. Nature. As this is a free product, this licence does not constitute a contract of sale; since no transaction for consideration is concluded, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Changes. KLS-Concept may modify, suspend or withdraw the file and this licence at any time, without notice.

9. Governing law. This licence is governed by French law.
