Materials that disappear,
disputes impossible to settle
Without structured orders, your logistics relies on team memory. And memory fails.
Undocumented picking
The picker leaves with 15 references. No list. Nobody knows what actually went out.
Subcontractor untraceable
Materials handed to a contractor without an order = impossible to prove what was handed over, and when.
Dispute without proof
The customer says they didn't receive the quantities. You have no timestamped document to respond with.
Untracked returns
Materials come back from the job site but are never restocked. They 'disappear' into thin air.
Informal validation
A verbal 'OK', an SMS approval. That doesn't count during an audit or litigation.
Ghost stock
Theoretical stock shows 20 units. Actual: 11. Nobody knows where the other 9 went.
Every issue becomes irrefutable proof
A rigorous workflow, from picking to archiving, designed for demanding logistics teams.
7-step workflow
Creation → Preparation → Receipt → Validation → Dispatch → Site return → Closure. Each step validated before moving to the next.
Multi-product orders
Multiple references on a single order — quantities, source and destination locations, lot numbers if needed.
Tracked subcontractors
Each order is linked to an external contractor or internal job site. Material returns are recorded on the same order.
Timestamped named validation
The manager enters their name at each key step. The system records the timestamp automatically — no pen, no printer.
Site returns restocked
If materials return from the job site or subcontractor, they are re-recorded on the same order. Stock is updated immediately.
Automatic archiving
At closure, the order is archived with the complete history — viewable at any time for an audit, a dispute, or a site review.
A Tuesday morning at a telecom subcontractor's depot
7:30 AM. Two job sites starting today. Without GSE-Web, it would have been a chaotic morning.
The order is created
Thomas, warehouse manager, opens GSE-Web on his tablet. He creates the order for the North site, selects the 8 needed references with their locations. 3 minutes, done.
Picking starts
Karim takes the order on his phone. He follows the locations line by line, scans products as he goes. No paper, no counting errors.
« Before, we wrote on a scrap of paper. We lost the paper, started over. »
Validation and departure
Thomas validates the order — enters his name, the system timestamps automatically. The truck leaves with the exact quantities. Everything tracked, everything provable.
Partial site return
3 junction boxes were not installed. They come back to the depot. In 2 clicks on the same movement order, the return is recorded. Stock goes back up immediately.
Closure and archiving
Thomas closes the order. It is archived with the full history: who prepared, who validated, what went out, what came back, when.
Two weeks later — customer dispute
The customer disputes the quantities received. Thomas opens GSE-Web, filters by job site, shows the signed, timestamped order with recorded returns.
« The dispute was closed in 5 minutes. We had everything. »
The 7 steps of a movement order
A clear process, from request to archiving. Each step completed = one more piece of proof.
Creation
Movement type, associated project, recipient, requested date. The order is created and awaits preparation.
Preparation
List of products and quantities to pick with source locations. The picker follows the order line by line on their device.
Receipt
The recipient confirms the quantities actually received. Any discrepancies are flagged before validation.
Validation
Final check. The manager enters their name — the timestamp is recorded automatically by the system.
Dispatch
Confirmation of physical departure of goods. Stock is updated in real time from this step.
Site return
if applicableUnused materials returned from the job site or subcontractor — restocked on the same order, tracked.
Closure & archiving
Automatic archiving with complete history: who created, prepared, validated, what went out, what came back, and when. Viewable at any time for an audit, a dispute, or a site review.
Every step is timestamped, named-validated and archived.
Zero ambiguity.

Frequently asked questions
What is a movement note in GSE-Web?
It is a 7-step preparation/picking workflow, from creation to closing.
Is picking scan-guided?
Yes. The operator is guided by scanning the locations and confirms the products with the scanner, step by step.
Can you restrict who handles the notes?
Yes. Dedicated rights control viewing, editing and printing of movement notes. Each note is planned through daily picking waves, assigned to each picker.
